An 8 week transformational journey to learn to Calm Meltdowns, Build Connection, and Feel Confident
Using the THRIVE Framework
Meltdowns. Public scenes. Guilt. Exhaustion. Constant questions in your mind:
“Why is this happening again?”
“What am I doing wrong?”
“How do I help them… without losing myself?”
If that sounds familiar, you are not alone.
And you don’t have to keep guessing your way through it.
In this 8-week programme, you’ll learn the THRIVE Framework — a 6-step approach that helps you support your child through meltdowns, regulate your own nervous system, and strengthen your relationship in the process.
When you identify the true struggles holding you back, develop clear strategies with expert advice for overcoming these and have people around you supporting you then you create the opportunity for a real transformation in your family life.

Combining ongoing weekly support and training with additional sessions on parental wellbeing,, the programme will help you move from your place of feeling helpless to a place of empowerment where your child is thriving.
This programme is for parents, and carers of neurodivergent children - including those with autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, learning disabilities, or who are undiagnosed but struggling with emotional regulation.
Yes! You don't need a formal diagnosis to benefit. If your child struggles with big emotions, sensory overload, or intense behaviour the THRIVE framework will still apply and be helpful.
The programme is flexible. Each week includes around 30 - 60 minutes of teaching content. In addition weekly group coaching calls typically last 60 minutes, and all sessions are recorded so you can watch them at your convenience, if you are not able to access all of them. The parental wellbeing session is for 30 minutes one evening a week. Once again this is recorded. This programme is designed for busy parents - flexible, accessible and guilt-free.
You can do it in your own time, at your own pace.
Will this help me if my child has violent or aggressive meltdowns?
Yes. While we don't offer crisis intervention, the THRIVE framework includes strategies for de-escalation, safety and co-regulation - all essential for supporting children who become physically dysregulated.
The investment for moving from the place of guilt, overwhelm and disconnection, to a place where you feel empowered, with a clear strategy and understanding for your child is £495.
Whilst I understand that investing in your child can be a difficult decision...
You can book a free clarity call to discuss your challenges and see if this programme is the right fit for your family. If it's not, we’ll help guide you toward other supportive options.
